Imagine, Be Inspired and Create
We are OPEN! How are we handling the current situation? Each student gets their own table. Each table is 6 feet apart. All students wear masks. If a student forgets a mask, I have disposable ones at the studio. This is what we did for our Summer Program and it was very successful. I have found the kids really need the human contact and seem far happier in the studio than on Zoom. So for as long as we can offer small classes we will. Feel free to reach out and contact me.
You can find our classes listed on our KIDS/TEEN TAB. We do have a Fashion Zoom class available on Sunday. You can scroll to the bottom of our KIDS/TEEN TAB and find it.
ABOUT THE HOUSE OF COLORS
The House of Colors offers studio fine arts classes, fashion design and a variety of creative and inspiring workshops for adults, kids and teens. We are located at 667 Washington Street in Brookline, Massachusetts.
The creative classes we offer are designed to let students recognize their unique vision of the world and to translate that into real art. We are fun, engaging and very insightful offering support and encouragement to anyone who wants to make art.
We are happy to announce that our first graduating class of 2019 have gone on to prestigious universities of Art and Fashion Design such as the Art Institute of Chicago Art and Fashion Program, Savannah College Art and Design, Mass College of Art, and were accepted to FIT, Pratt and others. We are very proud of them.
We are very excited to announce that The House of Colors was awarded Best Art Center in Brookline for the last 5 years!
One of our instructors, Melissa Meredith Wells, released her first book on Amazon called “The 2020 Vision Board Clip Art Book.” Over two-thousand copies have sold so far and they are still available on Amazon.
Our art lounge and studio combination offers a place for people to get together for corporate off sites and events. Go to our Corporate Wednesdays page to learn more about this unique venue.
